Classes include three important components:

Education: basic science of addiction, mental health, and trauma, and how it translates to our physiology.


Practice: a physical routine of poses, breath work, mudras, and movement led by an instructor to embody the principals taught.


Extension: specific skills to integrate off the yoga mat and into your life.


Invitation Wellness provides secular yoga instruction and believes the philosophy of yoga can be integrated into any personal religious or spiritual practice. We believe yoga practice is an ancient wisdom that has been used for millennia to address and improve all facets of health.
